How is white label different from outsourcing?
Outsourcing is when you hand off work to us and we deliver it back to you. White label takes it a step further — we work entirely under your brand identity. Your client never knows we exist. Same service, stronger confidentiality commitment and a closer partnership arrangement.
Can you work from our design files?
Yes — if you have design files (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD or even a PDF mockup), we'll convert them into a working website. We handle the conversion to clean, hand-coded HTML/PHP/CSS or WordPress, cross-browser testing and mobile responsiveness.
What if our client wants to meet the development team?
For most projects this doesn't arise. But for larger engagements where the client expects direct access to the technical team, we can attend meetings as your development partners — introduced however works for your situation. Full confidentiality is maintained throughout.
How do you handle revisions?
Revisions go through you — your client sends feedback to you, you relay it to us, we implement it and send back to you for review. You never have to give us direct access to your client, and your client never interacts with us. The revision scope and any associated charges are agreed before we begin.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes. If your agency or your client requires a formal non-disclosure agreement, we're happy to sign one before the project begins.
