Turn your business processes into systems that run themselves
This isn't a chatbot or a WhatsApp Business auto-reply. This is proper workflow automation — connecting your enquiry channels, CRM, proposals, invoices and reputation management into systems that work while you sleep.
Most Malaysian SMEs are still doing manually what software could handle automatically. We identify those processes, build the automations, and manage them for you — no tech team required on your end.
Not AI hype. Practical automation that saves real hours.
When we say AI automation, we mean connecting the repetitive, time-consuming tasks in your business — the ones your team does manually every day — into workflows that run themselves.
An enquiry comes in. The system reads it, generates a branded proposal, sends it to the client, logs it in your CRM and notifies you — all within seconds, without anyone touching it. That's not the future. We can set that up for your business this month.
We identify which of your processes are worth automating, build the workflows using reliable platforms, test everything, and manage it for you on an ongoing basis.

Three automations that make a real difference
Real workflows we've built for real Malaysian businesses. Each one saves hours every week and improves the client experience simultaneously.
Automated Lead Capture & Follow-Up
For service businesses getting enquiries they're too busy to respond to quickly
The Problem
A physiotherapy clinic in Kuala Lumpur was getting 15–20 enquiries a day through their website contact form and social media. Their front desk staff were handling calls, walk-ins and admin simultaneously. By the time they responded to online enquiries, it was often the next day — and some clients had already booked elsewhere.
Every delayed response was a lost appointment. And they had no system to follow up with people who enquired but didn't book.
The Automation
We connected their website form to an automated workflow. When an enquiry arrives, the system immediately sends a personalised response, logs the lead, and schedules a follow-up reminder for the staff. If the lead hasn't booked within 48 hours, a second follow-up goes out automatically.
How It Works
-
1Client submits enquiry via website form or social media
-
2Immediate personalised acknowledgement sent to client — within seconds
-
3Lead logged automatically in CRM with full details
-
4Staff notified with lead summary — they decide how to follow up
-
5If no booking after 48 hours, second follow-up sent automatically
-
6Conversion data tracked — you see which channels bring the best leads
Automated Proposal & Invoice Generation
For businesses that spend hours creating quotes and chasing approvals manually
The Problem
A KL-based interior design firm was spending 2–3 hours on every client proposal — copying client details into Word, formatting pricing tables, converting to PDF, emailing it, then manually following up a week later to ask if they'd reviewed it.
For a firm handling 8–10 enquiries a week, that was 20+ hours spent on admin that had nothing to do with design. And proposals sent late were proposals lost to faster competitors.
The Automation
We built a workflow where a simple online form captures the client's requirements. The system generates a branded PDF proposal with the right service options and pricing, emails it to the client within minutes, and schedules automatic follow-ups. When the client approves, an invoice is generated and sent automatically.
How It Works
-
1Staff fills in a simple internal form with client requirements
-
2System generates a branded PDF proposal with correct pricing
-
3Personalised email sent to client with proposal attached — within minutes
-
4Client receives follow-up email automatically if no response in 5 days
-
5Client approves — invoice generated and sent automatically
-
6All documents logged in your system — no manual filing
Google Reviews & Reputation Automation
For businesses that rely on local search but struggle to get clients to leave reviews
The Problem
Most Malaysian SMEs have great service but poor online reviews — not because clients are unhappy, but because nobody thinks to ask, and asking manually feels awkward. A restaurant in Bangsar with 12 Google reviews loses customers daily to a competitor with 340 reviews — even if the food is better.
Google Reviews directly affect your local search ranking. More reviews = higher position = more customers finding you. This is one of the highest-ROI improvements any local business can make.
The Automation
After a completed service or purchase, the system automatically sends the client a warm, personalised follow-up asking for a Google Review — with a direct link. If they don't respond, a gentle reminder follows. Positive reviews go straight to Google. If a client expresses dissatisfaction, the feedback is routed privately to you first — giving you a chance to resolve it before it becomes a public complaint.
How It Works
-
1Service or purchase completed — trigger sent to automation
-
2Personalised thank-you email sent to client with review request
-
3Direct link to your Google Review page — one click to leave a review
-
4If no response in 3 days, gentle reminder sent automatically
-
5Positive responses directed to Google — negative responses flagged to you privately
-
6Monthly report showing review volume, rating trend and response rate
How we set it up
We handle everything from mapping your process to managing the workflow. You don't need a tech team.
Discovery call
We spend 30–60 minutes understanding your business processes — what's manual, what's repetitive, what's costing you time.
Workflow design
We map out the automation, identify the right tools and show you exactly what will be built before we start.
Build & test
We build the workflow, connect all the platforms and test every step thoroughly before anything goes live.

Malaysian businesses may be eligible for government grants
MDEC (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation) and SME Corp Malaysia periodically offer grants and co-funding programmes for Malaysian SMEs adopting digital and AI technologies. If you're considering AI automation for your business, it's worth checking current eligibility before you invest. Ask us about this when you enquire — we'll share what we know about current programmes at the time of your enquiry.
Questions about AI automation
Do I need any technical knowledge to use this?
None at all. We handle the entire setup — connecting platforms, building workflows, testing everything and managing it on an ongoing basis. You interact with your business the same way you always have. The automation runs in the background and you see the results.
How is this different from WhatsApp Business auto-replies?
WhatsApp Business auto-replies send a single pre-set message when someone messages you. That's a notification, not automation. What we build connects your entire enquiry-to-conversion process — capturing lead data, generating documents, sending personalised communications, logging to your CRM and scheduling follow-ups — all triggered automatically without manual intervention at each step.
What platforms do you use to build the automations?
We use reliable, established automation platforms depending on your workflow requirements. We'll always tell you which platforms are used in your specific setup before we begin, so you understand what you're running on. These platforms are disclosed as part of our service agreement.
What happens if the automation breaks or stops working?
We monitor all workflows we manage. If something stops working, we'll typically know before you do and we'll fix it. If a third-party platform has an outage (like an email service or CRM going down), we'll notify you and restore the workflow as soon as the platform is back up. Our SLA covers the configuration we build — not third-party platform availability, which is outside our control.
Can you automate a process that's specific to my industry?
Yes — the three use cases on this page are examples, not limitations. We've designed automations for service businesses, retail, F&B, professional services and more. In our discovery call, we'll map out your specific processes and tell you honestly which ones are worth automating and what the expected ROI looks like.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
The setup fee is a one-time cost. Ongoing management is billed annually. You can choose not to renew at the end of each annual cycle. We don't believe in locking clients into long contracts — if the automation isn't delivering value, we'd rather improve it than hold you to a commitment.
How long does it take to set up?
A standard single workflow takes approximately 14–21 business days from discovery call to go-live, depending on the complexity of the integration and the availability of your team for the initial mapping session. More complex multi-workflow setups take longer — we'll give you a timeline after the discovery call.
